I’ve been a customer of Fast Action Pest Control for several months. Though I’m always impressed with the service, I was especially impressed with the service provided by Jose Ramirez today. Jose did an outstanding job and his customer service is phenomenal. He took a great deal of time and explained what was needed for my home. I hope he is assigned to service my home in the future.

Today my service was performed by Mr. Jose Ramirez. He a very thorough spray around my house and even gave me a few tips for inside assistance being I didn’t have time to allow for inside service. Met with Our "new" Technician this morning, and He will now be the dedicated Technician to provide Our service. Asked not to service one particular area I'm working in at this time. No problems accommodating Our request. Good listening, and communication skills. Good understanding of the products used, and Our Technician does a great job explaining/answering any questions.

We have had a very good experience with Fast Action since July of this year they started servicing our home in Vacaville. We appreciate how all the technicians: Alex N., Duff P. & Jose R. were thorough and ensured our house was properly treated.
Alex and Duff really took the time to remove wasp nests throughout our home and Jose was knowledgeable and communicated very well. We ended our prior services with a different company because technicians would be in and out in 10-15 minutes. We feel that as long as Fast Action continues to provide valuable service we will happily utilize them!
Herman made sure that he covered every possible entrance that the spiders and other bugs could choose to come into the house. I have used Fast Action for a year now. I have been a Fast Action client for 9 months now and I’m very happy with them to give me Roman. Roman has been an outstanding technician, his professionalism is definitely above expectations, very passionate and packed with knowledge. They sent him out on our first service and then gave us a different technician for no reason. We’ve be through 2 technicians after Roman, I had a bad experience with them. I fought to get Roman, to get us back in his route and I’m very pleased to have him back servicing our home.
